Working with a coach was a remarkably life-changing adventure. At first, I was hesitant about the whole process, but quickly realized that having support from someone who believed my potential was invaluable. My coach guided me to define my goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Across the mentoring process, I faced roadblocks, but my coach
